DIY: gasket replacement
Beverage-Air door gaskets are critical components for maintaining internal temperatures and energy efficiency in commercial refrigeration units. Most modern Beverage-Air gaskets are magnetic snap-in styles that create a tight seal when the door is closed
(1) submerge gasket in warm water 160° to soften the materiel before installing
(2) Begin the install in the corners working toward the middle

Getting the correct gasket
- Locate the Model Number: Check the data plate on the interior wall or door jamb of your Beverage-Air unit.
- Identify the Gasket Profile: Pull back a corner of your current gasket to see if it is a snap-in dart style.
- Measure Accurately: Measure from outside-to-outside dimensions (width and height) of the gasket while it is still on the door.
- Confirm the Number of Sides: Most door gaskets are 4-sided, but some specialized drawers or walk-ins may require 3-sided gaskets
NOTE: For best installation results

(4) To allow the gasket to form to the door
