Shipping is based on actual real-time rates however the actual weight and size of the package is not always known until the order has been processed. We have 1-4 day ground shipping on more than 90% of our inventory. However, there may be exceptions depending on where a certain item has to ship from. If you need your order in a certain time frame give us a call so we can give you the options available. Customers will be notified of any changes to the shipping amount via e-mail. We ship via UPS for domestic and Canada orders. For all Canada customers we offer two ways to ship 1) UPS standard ground [there is a brokerage fee involved with this choice and the amount is not known until the shipment reaches Canada] 2) UPS Worldwide expedited [this choice is an air shipment and may cost a little more than ground however your shipment will arrive in 2-3 days and there are no brokerage fees] We offer DHL for international orders. International order payment options are PayPal or Bank wire transfer. Shipping options: choose your own freight forwarder and have your order picked up or we can ship it for you via DHL, UPS All fees, taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

O-Reps.com has no affiliation with the OEM manufactures nor do we intend to imply or represent that we stock all OEM parts. Equipment manufacturers often don't make their parts in house but have them made by companies that specialize in manufacturing those components. OCM or Direct source parts are made by the same manufacturers as the OEM to the exact specifications as dictated by the equipment manufacturers. Aftermarket or Generic parts are made by a third party. These parts are often designed close to the equipment manufacturer's spec's with subtle differences such as color, material, or how an item may mount mounting holes may be different these parts are OEM like.

We have a 30-day return policy for wrong items ordered from the time you receive the merchandise. Our product warranty is 90 days on defective merchandise. A Return Authorization number is required on all returns. In the event a wrong item was ordered and is returned in original condition store credit can be applied toward your replacement order. All returns are subject to a restocking fee up to 25%. All shipping cost incurred are the responsibility of the buyer (original shipping plus return shipping). All returns must be done by UPS or FedEx with a tracking number. Defective merchandise will be replaced minus shipping (only if it falls within the 90-day warranty period). Unfortunately, the manufacturers do not cover shipping on defective merchandise. Items returned without a return authorization will not be accepted and can delay your credit or refund.
Special custom made orders are not returnable or refundable unless it was our error. Please verify all materials and sizes prior to ordering.
Food preparation & Processing items
slicing knives, grinder knives and plates, dough hooks, mixing paddles, J Hooks and wire whips are not returnable once they have been used unless defective.
