We have a 30 day return policy for wrong items ordered from the time you receive the merchandise. Our product
warranty is 90 days on defective merchandise. A Return Authorization number is required on all returns.
In the event a wrong item was ordered and is returned in original condition store credit can be applied toward your
replacement order. All returns are subject to a 20% restock fee. All shipping cost incurred
are the responsibility of the buyer (original shipping plus return shipping ) All returns must be done by UPS or FedEx with
a tracking number. Defective merchandise will be replaced minus shipping (only if it falls within the 90 day warranty
period). Unfortunately the manufacturers do not cover shipping on defective merchandise. Items returned without a return authorization
will not be accepted and can delay your credit or refund.
